Vetruria Srl collects and processes data for the following purposes:

  • Provide the certification credentials needed to access our site as a “registered user”
  • To send information and promotional materials to you via your email address, your fax or address
  • For statistical analysis, in anonymous format, for marketing purposes

2. PROCESSING METHODS - PROCESSORS

The data processed for the above purposes will be processed using automatized and manual means, compliant with the rules concerning security and confidentiality as envisaged by law. The data may be processed on behalf of Vetruria Srl by persons dealing with orders, marketing or maintenance of computer systems.

3. DATA PROVISION

The provision of personal data is obligatory to allow us to respond to your request; your consent for sending information or promotional material is optional.

Without prejudice to the communication of data as required by law, data may be communicated to our network of agents for the purposes stated above.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Users can exercise their rights at any time in accordance with Section III of the GDPR. In particular, they have the right to request from the Data Controller access to data concerning them, their correction or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing, as well as to revoke any consent given to the processing and to object in whole or in part to the use of data. Moreover, in accordance with art. 77 of the Regulations, the user is entitled to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in the case of considering that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.

1. SESSION COOKIES (ESSENTIAL FOR USING ONLINE SERVICES AND TO ACCESS THE RESERVED AREAS ON THE SITE)

www.vetruria.it Uses http session cookies to control the authentication for online services and reserved areas. Session cookie use is strictly limited to the transmission of session ID (casual numbers generated by the server) which is needed to allow the client to navigate safely and efficiently through the site.

2. TRACKING COOKIES

Tracking cookies can be disabled without any consequences for site navigation. Vetruria uses Google Analytics from Google, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Google") to generate statistics about website use. Google Analytics uses proprietary cookies that do not store personal data. The information provided by the cookies on website use (including IP addresses) is transmitted from the user’s browser to Google, headquartered at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, and deposited in the company’s servers.
