Pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR" or “Regulation”), Vetruria S.p.A. hereby informs you, in its capacity as Data Controller, that the personal data you provide will be processed as follows:

1. COLLECTION AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Vetruria S.p.A. collects and processes data for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with information you require
  • To send information and promotional materials to you via your email address, your fax or address
  • For statistical analysis, in anonymous format, for marketing purposes

2. PROCESSING METHODS - PROCESSORS

The data processed for the above purposes will be processed using automatized and manual means, compliant with the rules concerning security and confidentiality as envisaged by law. The data may be processed on behalf of Vetruria S.p.A. by persons dealing with orders, marketing or maintenance of computer systems.

3. DATA PROVISION

The provision of personal data requested is obligatory for us to satisfy your request; consent to the sending of information or promotional material is optional.

4. DATA COMMUNICATION

Without prejudice to the communication of data as required by law, data may be communicated to our network of agents for the purposes stated above.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Users can exercise their rights at any time in accordance with Section III of the GDPR. In particular, they have the right to request from the Data Controller access to data concerning them, their correction or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing, as well as to revoke any consent given to the processing and to object in whole or in part to the use of data. They may also exercise the other rights recognised by the applicable regulation. These rights can be exercised by sending an email the following e-mail address: info@vetruria.it. Moreover, in accordance with art. 77 of the Regulations, the user is entitled to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in the case of considering that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.

6. DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller is Vetruria S.p.A..

The Data Processor is Barfin S.p.A., Via Maremmana, 70 Montelupo F.no (FI).
